“I actually enjoy living here. Been here for almost 2 years. People think because of the area the apartments are located in, it’s a bad place to live but in actuality it’s not. Not going to lie, one of my cars were broken into last year but since then, they got better with the security & more than likely it was someone that live in the next complex(Point Vista). Esplanade is very quiet, upgraded, SPACIOUS & affordable.. especially in this housing market. The only thing that I don’t like is my carpet is super old & needs to be replaced.. it was old when I moved in, they just had it cleaned. That upset me. Also the parking can be horrible.. we need visitor & resident parking but other than that I have no complaints. It’s gated, beautiful outside & beautiful inside. Just wish maintenance can clean the buildings more.”
“My dishwasher dispenser would not turn on and maintenance fixed it real quick.
AC stopped turning on and Gabe got it to work right away.
The apartment is not bad at all. I like it. Rent is a bit high though. The gates don’t always work. There’s always trash around even after they clean up in the community”
“I give it a 5 for maintenance. My AC stopped working for a second time and Luis was very quick to get it fixed each time. I appreciate it.”
“So I just moved into these apartments a few months ago and I have had a good experience so far although we were hit with this pandemic they still manage to get some things done that I requested. The parking can be a little hectic but just like any complex without assigned parking you’re not going to find a spot close to your door/stairway later in the evening.”
“It is a good Apartment. Defiantly there are some improvements required in maintenance. But, Lewis is doing a good job. The Apartment have CCTV Cameras and secured gates.
I am not sure about the past. But, Currently, you feel safe inside the apartment. The Leasing company is definitely putting honest effort to make this place better every day.”
